Inform the customer to do these steps :
Login using this Registered Mobile number : in Medibuddy app => then click on left side upper corner 9 dots=>Click on link insurance account=>Then select ManipalCigna ProHealth Prime then enter policy number correctly : . That's it the login with the registered policy is over.
