Dear MediBuddy customer, you can reschedule your lab test/ health checkup appointment using the MediBuddy app. Please follow the below mentioned steps for the same:
- Select the Profile icon on the top-right corner
- Select Track orders - You will now see a list of all your MediBuddy orders
- Navigate to the appointment you would like to reschedule
- Click on Re-schedule appointment
- Select the new date and time for the appointment
Your Appointment is now successfully rescheduled!
