How do I cancel my appointment?

Dear MediBuddy customer, you can cancel your appointment by following the below mentioned stepsin the MediBuddy App:

• Select the Profile icon on the top-right corner
• Select Track orders - You will now see a list of all your MediBuddy orders
• Navigate to the appointment you would like to cancel
• Click on Cancel appointment

Your Appointment is now cancelled. You will receive a communication for the same. 

The refund would be generated automatically and the refund amount would be credited back to the payment source within 5-7 days.
